Come Home to your Wild Heart is an invitation.

 I see you.

I see you.

Wildness reminds us what it means to be human, what we are connected to rather than what we are separate from.
— Terry Tempest Williams

Emotional experience is an ever changing landscape - sometimes the desert sky, spacious and seemingly endless, sometimes an old growth forest - full of curiosity, awe and just the right shade of overcast. Other times it is rush hour traffic on the I-80 and it seems you just took the wrong exit. Or it is ground zero at the site of an explosion, and you are still waiting for all the pieces to land.

But these experiences are not your heart. Your heart is the still, small presence at your very core, and it remains unphased by the shifting scenery. It retains its connection with the innate intelligence of our animal nature, it is linked to the wisdom of the earth by an invisible umbilical cord and it is very, very wild.

It is also a place - the one you are looking for. Where you can finally rest, hang your hat at the end of a long day and remember who you truly are.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #97461, and I offer counseling and ecotherapy that addresses the whole of You, mind, body and soul . I am here to help you return to your sense of basic goodness, balance, purpose and joy. Learning to come home to yourself, even with all your perceived flaws or life problems, can be one of the most profound experiences we will ever know.

Home is where the heart is. Welcome.
